Walk into a washroom and the sight of a wet, disintegrating soap placed on a dirty soap dish is repulsive, to say the least. A liquid soap dispenser is not only easy to use, it is also a more hygienic choice.

Widely used in homes, offices and public spaces, dispensers can hold handwash and sanitizers and require little or no touch. Therefore, they reduce the risk of transmission of germs and bacteria unlike soap bars which are touched by multiple people.

Once a soap bar starts melting, it makes the entire washbasin look messy. Soap dispensers, on the other hand, are clean operators and don’t dirty the wash basin area.

Some may even argue that soap dispensers turn out to be more cost-effective in the long run. Regular soaps tend to disintegrate after being used a few times, but with a soap dispenser, that’s not a worry. Further, it pumps out just enough soap for a single use. All you need to do is just refill it, time to time.

Choose a material

Go for a dispenser that blends well with your washroom decor. A ceramic dispenser can add a modern touch to your washroom. They are also easy to clean. You can also choose a marble soap dispenser for a classier look. Soap dispensers made of plastic are durable and cost-effective too.

Manual or automatic dispenser

Manual dispensers are a more common choice. They require pressing the pump or pushing a button. However, if you are looking for a contactless option, go for automatic dispensers which have sensors.
